Civis Nexus Urban Development

Civis Nexus is a group project for an Urban Design class where we redeveloped an older low density neighborhood into a higher density community. The site is located in Denver, along both a light rail line and rail road line. As a group we decided on a general theme and concept, as well as establishing the building footprints. One of our primary goals for this project was to create a transportation hub connecting the southern Denver area to lower downtown.
